From the “Out of Kerry” scarf collection this limited edition design is inspired by one of my photographic images of the world famous lakes of Killarney at Ladies View, a viewing point of the Lakes of Killarney given its name by Queen Victoria and her ladies in waiting who visited the area in 1861. The inspiring iconic lake land scene close to where I live is given a heather hue and I have filled the blue sky with “Nostalgic” pink roses and red tinged rose buds to give a vintage feel to this piece. It is bordered by a blood orange stripe. It is then translated onto silk and crafted at a state of the art facility near Lake Como in Italy.
