This cushion was especially designed with W.B. Yeat’s “Aedh Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven” in mind. Inspired by the old library in the old farmhouse and Christine’s love of Irish literature and books which her grandmother passed on to her. By putting the words on a cushion Christine has put in “cloths” the words and colours mentioned in the verse ..the blue and the dim…
This would make a wonderful gift or a statement piece in any livingroom. The backing is in charcoal coloured tweed from the Kerry Woolen Mills and has a quality feather insert.
