From the “Out of Kerry” scarf collection, this limited edition design is inspired by my watercolour painting of the Gap of Dunloe landscape Killarney against the backdrop of a fuchsia sky by night! A mirror image is made and the design finished on the digital file complete with the words “The Gap of Dunloe will inspire you” subtlety worked in. I love taking something from the everyday in the countryside like the iconic fuchsia and capturing its beauty in a whole new light. The scarf can be worn a number of different ways as a wrap around the shoulders or as a scarf around the neck to show off the intense colours -electric blues and turquoise of the fuchsia. It is printed at a state of the art facility near Lake Como in Italy.
